Returns Policy — Terms & Conditions
This returns service handles the safe transit and processing of your returned parcel on behalf of the retailer/brand you purchased from. 1. Return Window
Please check the retailer/brand's own returns policy for the timeframe within which returns must be initiated.
2. Condition of Goods
Items should generally be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please refer to the retailer/brand for their specific requirements, as these may vary by product.
3. How to Return an Item

Request a return via the retailer/brand's returns portal or by contacting them directly.

Pack the item securely and include your order number or invoice.

Attach the provided Royal Mail returns label to the outside of the parcel.

Drop off at any Royal Mail Post Office or Parcel Collection point.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Any return shipping charges, and whether these are deducted from your refund, are determined by the retailer/brand. We recommend obtaining proof of postage until your return is received and processed.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Refund timing, method, and eligibility for exchanges are managed by the retailer/brand you purchased from. Please contact them directly for updates.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact the retailer/brand directly before returning it, as they may have a specific process for these cases.
7. Non-Returnable Items

8. Statutory Rights
